Custom-fitted clubs typically require 7-10 business days for assembly and quality testing before they are shipped via our priority courier service.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all apparel and footwear, provided items are unworn, have original tags attached, and are in their original packaging.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy items like golf bags?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates for bulky items like cart bags and travel cases are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight.
Are the golf balls sold on your site brand new or refurbished?
At GolfStar Direct, we only sell 100% brand new, factory-sealed golf balls from premium manufacturers. We do not sell used or refurbished balls.
